Legal Assistance

The list below is comprised of a number of NGOs in Europe that may be able to provide legal assistance to stateless people. Apatride Network used meta-analysis of three databases as well as input from partners to make the list. Please keep in mind that this list is a supplementary resource rather than as a guaranteed solution. Legal assistance capacity among NGOs in Europe remains very limited. Some NGOs may not be able to provide assistance at all due to capacity constraints or lack of sufficient expertise, depending on the case. Apatride Network is working to build up legal assistance capacity to improve the situation.
